Short Abstract:
The recently concluded Horizon 2020 ReSHEALience project has developed a new conceptual design approach for High-Performance concrete structures exposed to challenging structural scenarios, including extremely aggressive environmental conditions. The project consortium has demonstrated this new concept in full-scale pilot applications, two of them offshore: an offshore wind tower floater in Spain, and a floating pontoon in Ireland. They serve a broad portfolio of challenging societal needs and implement a synergic contribution towards the EU decarbonisation objectives. This webinar will summarise the project’s main findings with a specific focus on the applications and their design validation.
