WG general meeting in Kaunas, 25-26 March 2024
The third Working Group General Meeting will take place as a face-to-face meeting in Kaunas, Lithuania on the 25th and 26th of March 2024. During this meeting, the WG members will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face and further develop and/or finalize the ongoing initiatives within the working groups. Also, the planning of the Strategic Workshop that will take place early September 2024 and the coordination of the WG members intervention during the Workshop will be an important outcome of this meeting.
In this view, the meeting will be organized into two parts:
- The afternoon of the first day (13:00-18:00) will consist of separate meetings of the working groups, with the agenda to be proposed by the WG Leaders.
- The morning of the second day (9:00-13:00) will be dedicated to continue the work in separate WG meetings followed by a plenary meeting, where the working groups will summarize their contributions to the Action.
In accordance with the rules established for the reimbursement of participants’ expenses under the COST policy, applicants should provide a summary of their main contributions and collaboration in relation to the Action objectives before the meeting.
