Important Notice for Authors/Contributors

  • Authors are requested to submit an extended abstract (2 pages) by filling out the application form below
  • Accepted abstracts will be selected for either oral or poster presentation; authors will be notified upon approval of this decision. Both types of contributions will be reimbursed per the COST Rules of Reimbursement.
  • All participants will have access to the abstracts after the Strategic Workshop.
  • Authors are required to submit their abstracts in PDF and WORD format.
